There are some important facts that must be understand about the body and water. At least three quarters (75%) of body weight consists of water; 70% of the cell structure is water; 20% of blood plasma is water; 73% of both the heart and the brain; 83% of the lungs; 79% of muscles and kidneys; 63% skin; The bones are 31%. Chronic dehydration causes the malfunction (or "disease") of many organs and systems. The majority of Church sacraments are types of activated mineral waters of one form or another, which oxidize or otherwise eliminate harmful pathogens y toxins. These include bad bacteria (not the good), viruses, parasites fungus, heavy metals, including glyphosate, etc. are killed or neutralized from tissues, organs, and systems. In a word, these sacramental protocols "purify" the body of trash causing our "dis-eased" states. These sacraments "liberate" the immune system from a state of constant attack by pathogens so it can function again as designed. Our body/temples can naturally do the restoration to health.

Why People May Get Skin Cancer From the Sun
We get too much sun in one shot. We don’t build up exposure gradually (we take a vacation). Circadian rhythm dysfunction (circadian processes protect us from the sun)
We have lower NAD+ (which is our natural sunscreen). We have a bad diet. We shower and take off protective oils. We don’t spread out the sun (gets concentrated in specific places), We don’t consume enough DHA (omega 3). We don’t drink enough water

Fire (sunlight) and Water are the two most universal, powerful, and necessary elements for the life. Just as plants, we also need these rays to live in health and empower our immune system to function correctly.
"Since it was discovered that UV radiation was the main environmental cause of skin cancer, primary prevention programs have been started. These programs advise to avoid exposure to sunlight. However, the question arises whether sun-shunning behaviour might have an effect on general health. During the last decades new favourable associations between sunlight and disease have been discovered. There is growing observational and experimental evidence that regular exposure to sunlight contributes to the prevention of colon-, breast-, prostate cancer, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, multiple sclerosis, hypertension and diabetes. Initially, these beneficial effects were ascribed to vitamin D. Recently it became evident that immunomodulation, the formation of nitric oxide, melatonin, serotonin, and the effect of (sun)light on circadian clocks, are involved as well. In Europe (above 50 degrees north latitude), the risk of skin cancer (particularly melanoma) is mainly caused by an intermittent pattern of exposure, while regular exposure confers a relatively low risk. The available data on the negative and positive effects of sun exposure are discussed. Considering these data we hypothesize that regular sun exposure benefits health."
Vitamin D Production
Unlike other essential vitamins, which must be obtained from food, vitamin D can be synthesized in the skin through a photosynthetic reaction triggered by exposure to UVB radiation.
When people are exposed to sunlight or very bright artificial light in the morning, their nocturnal melatonin production occurs sooner, and they enter into sleep more easily at night. Melatonin production also shows a seasonal variation relative to the availability of light, with the hormone produced for a longer period in the winter than in the summer. The melatonin rhythm phase advancement caused by exposure to bright morning light has been effective against insomnia, premenstrual syndrome, and seasonal affective disorder (SAD).
Serotonin, is also affected by exposure to daylight. “For this reason, it’s important that people who work indoors get outside periodically, and moreover that we all try to sleep in total darkness. This can have a major impact on melatonin rhythms and can result in improvements in mood, energy, and sleep quality.
